Reimu: Funkin’ Incident is a rhythm-game mod that places players in control of Reimu Hakurei from the Touhou Project universe. Blending classic rhythm gameplay with Touhou-inspired energy, the mod delivers a fast-paced musical experience that feels both familiar and fresh.

The soundtrack features four remixed tracks inspired by Friday Night Funkin’ staples: Fresh, Philly Nice, Satin Panties, and Lit Up. Each song has been reworked with Touhou-style speed, intensity, and melodic flair, transforming well-known rhythms into high-tempo challenges that push players’ timing and focus.

The mod was developed by the Funkin’ Incident Team, a collaborative group of artists, composers, and programmers. Direction and animation were led by KerSive and gigigifish, shaping the mod’s visual identity. Artwork was created by contributors such as naisonji_gazirovkin, Tomsk, and JoaDash, while the remixed soundtrack and sound design were handled by d4rkwinged, CheeseWithCake, and simnstar. Gameplay coding and charting were completed by PurSnake and Redar13, ensuring smooth performance and responsive rhythm mechanics.
